AWS enforces military-grade perimeter control, including:

• Non-descript facilities for enhanced security
• Multi-factor authentication at three access points
• Strict access control to all data centers

• Host operating systems are secured by internal processes
• Guest OS control remains with GroupDocs; AWS administrators cannot access them
• Inbound firewall rules block all unauthorized traffic by default

• Nightly system backups using full snapshots
• Periodic backup testing ensures data integrity
• Encrypted backups stored in Amazon S3, with redundancy across three locations
• Access logs maintained for auditing purposes

• Passwords are encrypted and never stored in logs
• Users must log out after each session and keep credentials secure
• Any unauthorized access due to user negligence is the user’s responsibility

• No credit card information is stored by GroupDocs
• Transactions are processed by PCI-compliant payment gateways
• Uses 256-bit SSL encryption for secure payments
