GroupDocs is committed to minimizing its environmental impact and promoting sustainable business practices. As part of this commitment, we enforce a strict paperless policy — we do not send physical mail to customers and strive to reduce incoming paper to our offices to virtually zero.

Due to international mailing delays, postal correspondence may take up to 21 days for a response. For a faster reply, we strongly encourage using email.

• All customer interactions occur through digital channels.
• We support over 13,000 customers, 400+ reseller partners, and have issued over 45,000 licenses — entirely via electronic means.

• We conserve resources and energy by eliminating unnecessary printing and postage.
• We encourage all suppliers and vendors to engage with us digitally whenever possible.
• Operating paper-free helps us streamline our processes and significantly reduce response times for customer support.
• We do not use fax machines or photocopiers.
• In rare cases where we receive physical mail, it is either securely destroyed or responsibly recycled after processing.

As a global company, GroupDocs takes deliberate steps to minimize our carbon footprint:

• No physical product shipping – All product assets, including documentation, are delivered electronically.
• Trade show participation – We support trade shows and user groups through digital prizes and financial sponsorships, avoiding the need for travel or physical booths.
